နတ်နှင့်တကွ လောကကို ဆုံးမတော်မူတတ်သော သဗ္ဗညု မြတ်စွာဘုရားရှင်သည် သာဝတ္ထိပြည် ဇေတဝန် 

ကျောင်းတော်၌ သီတင်းသုံးနေတော်မူစဉ် ဤ ဝိဇ္ဇာဓရ ဇာတ်ကို ဟောတော်မူခဲ့ခြင်း ဖြစ်၏။

The omniscient Lord Buddha preached this jartaka while he was residing in Zaitawun monastery in Sravasti.

မြေလျှိုး မိုးပျံနိုင်တဲ့ အစွမ်းရှိသဟဲ့ ..

I've the power to penetrate the earth and fly in the sky.

ဂါထာ မန္တရား အင်းအိုင် လက်ဖွဲ့. အကုန်တတ်သဟဲ့ ..

I'm skill at reciting mantra and writing mysterious cabalistic design.

အပူလုံးကြွ ယူကျုံးမရဖြစ်နေသလား ငါ့ကိုသာ ကိုးကွယ်လိုက်စမ်းပါ 

Are you feeling anxiety, you'll be relieved if you revere me.

ငါ့တန်ခိုး ငါ့အစွမ်းနဲ့ ငါထင်ရာ စိုင်းမဟဲ့

By using my power, I'll do what I want.

ထိုသို့ ကြွေးကြော်နေစဉ်မှာပင် 

While he was heralding like that ...

မျောက်တစ်ကောင်က ဇော်ဂျီ၏ခေါင်းပေါ် မစင် ပါချသွား၏။

A monkey exuded his dung on the head of Zaw Gyi.

ဆေးကြိမ်လုံးနဲ့ ရိုက်လိုက်မယ် လာလေရော့လဟဲ့ 

I'll strike you with powerful cane rod.

အောင်မင်းဗျ ...

ဘာ အခုမှ ကြောက်ပါပြီလဲ 

Why do you afraid of me now!ทำไมคุณถึงกลัวฉันตอนนี้!

နောက်တစ်ခါ ဇော်ဂျီနဲ့ ဝေးအောင်နေပေါ့ ငါ့သားရယ် 

Next time, don't go near him,my son.

တောတွင်း၌ ဝိဇ္ဇာဇော်ဂျီအား မည်သည့်သတ္တဝါကမျှ အလိုမရှိကြပေ။

အင်း ငါလည်း တောထဲမှာ နေရတာ ငြီးငွေ့လှတယ်

လူတို့ရပ်ရွာမှာဆို ပျိုမဒီ အလှလေးတွေ ပေါမှပေါ

In the human settlement there are plenty of damsels and maidens.

ในนิคมของมนุษย์มีหญิงสาวและหญิงสาวมากมาย

ဒါကြောင့် မြို့ရွာအနှံ့ လှည့်လည်ပြီး ကဲလိုက်ဦးမယ်

So I'll roam about towns and villages.

ထိုအတွေးနှင့်အတူ ဇော်ဂျီလည်း လူတို့ထံ ရောက်လာ၏ ။

With that thought in mind Zaw Gyi had been to the human settlement.

အဟင်း ဟင်း ကြည့်ပါဦး ရေခပ်ဆင်းလာတဲ့ ပျိုမဒီလေးတွေက ချောမှချော

Look! How pretty are the girls who are fetching for water.

ချစ်စရာကြီးတွေကွာ

How lovely they are!

ညညးရဲ့ ကိုရင်သာအေးက ခုထိရောက်မလာသေးဘူး 

Your lover Ko Yin Thar Aye hasn't arrived yet.

ဒီအဘိုးကြီးကတော့ အသက်သာကြီးတယ် မပျက်စီးသေးဘူးပဲ

The old man is still active.

နွားပျိုသန်လှ နွားအို ပေါင်ကျိုးဆိုတာ ဒါမျိုး ပြောတာထင်ရဲ့

The strength of young bull is equal lame old ox. It's like that

ความแข็งแรงของวัวหนุ่มก็เท่ากับวัวแก่ง่อย ประมาณนั้นแหละ

ကျေးတောသူတွေရဲ့ အလှကိုတော့ ငါ အားရအောင် ခံစားပြီးသွားပြီ

I've look enough the beauty of village belles.

မြို့ပေါ်က ပျိုမဒီလေးတွေရဲ့ အလှကိုလည်း ထပ်ခံစားဦးမယ်

I'll look the beauty of the girls in the city.

သည်လိုနှင့် ဇော်ဂျီလည်း မင်းကြီး၏နန်းတော်ထဲ ဝင်လာခဲ့သည်။

So, the Zaw Gyi entered into the palace of a king.

ဩော် မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးက တယ်လှသကိုး 

Oh! This principal queen is very beautiful.

သူများတွေပြောတာ ကြားဖူးပါရဲ့၊ ခုတော့ ကိုယ်တိုင်မြင်ရလို့ ယုံပြီ 

I've heard about their r beauty. Now I can see them, by myself.

ဟင်း.. ဟင်း .. ဟင်း...

Hm! Hm! Hm!

ငါ့ရဲ့တန်ခိုးစွမ်းအားများနဲ့ မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးရဲ့ စိတ်ကို ဝေဝါးထွေပြားသွားအောင် 

လုပ်လိုက်မယ်

By using my mysterious power, I'll make principal queen's mind upset.

အင်း .. Em!  (ราชินีคราง..)

ဟုတ်ပြီ ဟုတ်ပြီ ငြိမ်ငြိမ်နေစမ်း

ဝိဇ္ဇာဇော်ဂျီလည်း မိဖုရားကြီးနှင့်အတူ တစ်ညတာ အိပ်စက်ပျော်ပါးပြီးမှ ပြန်ထွက်လာခဲ့၏။

Zaw Gyi slept with a queen the whole night and got away.

ငါ ဘယ်သူဆိုတာ သူသိမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး 

She doesn't know who I am.

မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးလည်း အိပ်ရာမှ ပြန်လည်နိုးထခဲ့လေပြီ။ 

The queen also woke up.

အင်း.. Em! (ทรงรำพึง ..)

ငါ့စိတ်တွေ လေးလှချည့် 

My mind is heavy with thought.จิตใจของฉันหนักด้วยความคิด

ညတုန်းက ငါ့အခန်းထဲကို တစ်ယောက်ယောက် ဝင်လာသလိုပဲ 

It seems that someone enters into my room last night.

ငါကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း သေချာမမှတ်မိဘူး

I'm not sure is it real.

ပြတင်းတံခါးလည်း ပွင့်နေတယ် 

The window is opening.

အိပ်မက်လိုလို တကယ်လိုလိုနဲ့

It is just like dream and real.

ငါ့လို မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးကို ဘယ်သူမှ စော်ကားရဲမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူးလေ 

No one will dare to disturb a principal queen like me.ไม่มีใครกล้ารบกวนราชินีหลักอย่างฉัน

အိပ်မက်ပဲ ဖြစ်မှာပါ

It may be a dream.

မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးလည်း ထိုအကြောင်းကို မည်သူ့ကိုမျှ မပြောဘဲ တိတ်တဆိတ်ထားလိုက်၏။ 

The principal queen did not tell about it to anyone and concealed it.

พระราชินีไม่ได้บอกเรื่องนี้ให้ใครฟังและปิดบังไว้

(กลับมาที่ซอจี ขณะอยู่ในป่า กำลังคิด ...)

အင်း ငါလည်း ဒီလောက်နဲ့တော့ မကျေနပ်နိုင်သေးဘူး

Em! I can't satisfy just one time.

မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးနဲ့ ထပ်တွေ့ချင်သေးတယ် 

Iwant to meet with the principal queen again.

ဒီညလည်း သွားဦးမယ် 

I'll go there this night.

ဒုတိယညတွင်လည်း ဇော်ဂျီသည် မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီး၏အခန်းတွင်းသို့ ဝင်လာပြန်၏။ 

In the second night, Zaw Gyi entered into the room.

ဒီညလည်း ငါ့စိတ်တိုင်းကျ ပျော်ရွှင်ခွင့် ရခဲ့ပါတယ်လေ

That night I can get a pleasure.

ဒါ အိပ်မက် မဖြစ်နိုင်ဘူး

It won't be a dream.

မနေ့တုန်းက ငါကိုယ်တိုင် ပြတင်းတံခါး သေချာပိတ်ပြီးမှ အိပ်တာ

Last night I shut the window by myself.

အစောင့်အကြပ်တွေ ဒီလောက်များတဲ့ကြားက ငါ့အခန်းထဲ ဝင်လာနိုင်တယ်ဆိုတော့ 

ဒီလူဟာ အလွန်အစွမ်းထက်တဲ့ တန်ခိုးရှင်ပဲ ဖြစ်ရမယ်

He can enter into my room although there are lots nightwatches. 

He must be a powerful man.

ဒီကိစ္စ မင်းကြီးထံ သံတော်ဦးတင်ရမယ် 

I must report about it to the king.ฉันต้องรายงานเรื่องนี้ต่อกษัตริย์

ဘာပြောတယ် ... What ?

တကယ့်ကို ယုတ်မာပက်စက်တဲ့ လူယုတ်မာပဲ 

What a rubbish man he is!

တိုင်းပြည်အုပ်ချုပ်တဲ့ ငါဘုရင်ကိုတောင် မလေးစား မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုရက်လေတယ် 

He doesn't give any respect to the ruling king like me.

အဲဒီ လူယုတ်မာကို တွေ့ရင် မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီး ပြန်မှတ်မိနိုင်ပါ့မလား

If you see him, can you remember him?

မမှတ်မိနိုင်တော့၏  ဘုရား

I can't remember him.

သူဟာ ညအခါမှသာ လာတယ်၊ ပြီးတော့ သူ့ရဲ့ စွမ်းအားများနဲ့ လူ့ ရဲ့ စိတ်ကို ထွေပြားအောင် 

လုပ်ထားတာကြောင့် မမှတ်မိနိုင်ပါ ဘုရား 

He used to come at nighttime and he can mesmerize the other's mind.

So I can't remember him.

ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဒီ လူယုတ်မာကို မိအောင် ဖမ်းရမယ်

Anyhow, I must catch this knavish scoundrel.

ဒီညမှာလည်း အဲဒီလူယုတ်မာက မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးရဲ့ အခန်းထဲကို မလာဘူးလို့ မပြောနိုင်ဘူး

Tonight, probably he will come to the room of principal queen.

ဒီတော့ တို့ဘက်က ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားရမယ် 

So, we must prepare for it.

ဟောဒီ ဟင်္သာပြဒါးခွက်ကိုဆောင်ထားပါ

Take this cup with vermillion pigment.

လူ့ ခန္ဓာကိုယ်ပေါ်ကို ဟင်္သာပြဒါးသုတ်လိမ်းပြီးတာနဲ့

ပြန်ဖျက်လို့ မရနိုင်တော့ပါဘူး

If his body is smeared with that vermilion pigment, it cannot be erased.

ဒီညလည်း သူလေးထံ သွားဦးမယ် 

Tonight, I'll go to her.

ပျော်ပါးလို့ကို အားမရနိုင်ဘူး 

I can't satiate to enjoy with her.

တတိယညပျော်ပါးချိန်တွင်လည်း မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးက ဟင်္သာပြဒါးကို ယူ၍ ဇော်ဂျီ၏ 

ကျောပြင်ထက်၌ လက်ဝါးဖြင့် သုတ်လိမ်းထားလိုက်သည်။ 

In third night, while he was enjoying with the queen, the queen smeared his

back with vermilion pigment.

ထိုလက်ဝါးရာကား ဖျက်၍မရတော့ပေ။

This handprint could not be erased.

(ราชินี กราบทูลพระเจ้าแผ่นดิน)

အောင်မြင်ပါပြီ ဘုရား 

I've succeeded.

(พระราชาทรงรับสั่ง)

ကောင်းပြီ Well.

ဟဲ့ ရဲမက်အပေါင်းတို့ ကျောပြင်မှာ လက်ငါးချောင်းရာ ဟင်္သာပြဒါးရှိသူကို ရှာကြ

လှည်းနေလှေအောင်း မြင်းဇောင်းမကျန် ရှာကြ

Heh! My soldiers, search a person whose back is smeared with the vermilion pigment 

throughout the country.

တစ်တိုင်းပြည်လုံး နှံ့အောင်ရှာကြ

Search all the places.

မှန်လှပါ Yes, Your Majesty,

ထိုသတင်းသည် တစ်တိုင်းပြည်လုံးသို့ ချက်ချင်းပျံ့နှံ့သွား၏။

This news was spread throughout the country.

ရှာကြ Search him. ရှာကြ Search him.

(ทหารตรวจค้นชาวบ้าน)

ကျုပ်က အိုပါပြီဗျာ ကျုပ်ကိုတောင် မယုံလို့ စစ်ကြဦးမလို့လား

ဒီကိစ္စက အိုတာနဲ့ ဘာဆိုင်လို့လဲဗျ

This case is not concern with age.

ယောက်ျားမှန်သမျှ အကုန် စစ်မယ်

We must check all the men.

ရဲမက်များက ကြိုးစား၍ ရှာဖွေပါသော်လည်း တရားခံကို ရှာမတွေ့သေးပေ။ 

However the soldier searched the culprit, it was in vain.

ဒီကောင်လည်း မဟုတ်သေးဘူး 

This one is not.

ထပ်ရှာကြ 

Continue the search.

ကျုပ်က မိန်းမ ရှိပါတယ်ဗျာ 

I have my wife,

သူတစ်ပါးသားမယား လွန်ကျူးဖို့ စိတ်ကူးထဲမှာတောင် မရှိပါဘူး

I am not adulterous man.

တရားခံကို အပူတပြင်း လိုက်ရှာနေကြတယ်ဆိုပဲ

They are searching for the culprit.

(ตัดกลับมาที่ซอจี)

ငါ့ကျောပြင်မှာလည်း လက်ဝါးရာကြီးနဲ့ 

My back has a palmprint.

ငါ့ကို ရဲမက်တွေ ရှာတွေ့သွားမှ ဒုက္ခ 

If the soldiers find me, I'll be in trouble,

ဒီတော့ ငါ ဘာလုပ် သင့်သလဲ 

If so, what should I do ?

ဒီတိုင်းပြည်မှာဆိုရင် ဘုရင်ကြီးနဲ့တကွ ပြည်သူပြည်သားအပေါင်းတို့ကိ ရဟန်းသံဃာတွေကိုပဲ

အထူးကိုးကွယ်ကြတာ

In this country , the king and commoners revere the monks.

အဲဒီ ရဟန်းသံဃာတွေကလည်း အကျင့်သီလ အလွန်ကောင်းမွန်ကြတယ်

These mons have very good character. 

ဒါကြောင့် လူတိုင်းက ရဟန်းတွေအပေါ် အကြွင်းမဲ့ယုံကြည်ထားကြတယ် 

So everybody believe the monk entirely.ทุกคนจึงเชื่อพระภิกษุโดยสิ้นเชิง

အခုလို တရားခံကို စစ်ဆေးရှာဖွေတဲ့အထဲမှာ ရဟန်းတွေ မပါဘူးလို့လည်း သိရတယ်၊ 

ဒီတော့ ငါ ဘာလုပ်သင့်သလဲ အဟဲ ဟဲ ဟဲ

While they are searching for the culprit, the monks are excluded. 

So what should I do?

နောက်ဆုံး ဇော်ဂျီလည်း မိမိ၏မူလအသွင်ကိုပယ်၍ သင်္ကန်းဝတ်ပြီးလျှင်ရဟန်းယောင်ဆောင်ကာ နေ၏  

At last, Zaw Gyi took off his original form and pretended as a monk.

ဇော်ဂျီရဟန်းပေါ့ အဟိ ဟိ 

Now I am Zaw Gyi monk.

လူတွေ ငါ့အပေါ် ယုံကြည်ကိုးကွယ်လာအောင် ဖန်တီးရမယ် 

I must create to be revered by the people.ข้าพเจ้าต้องสร้างให้ประชาชนเคารพสักการะ

လာဘ်လာဘတွေ ပေါများ လာအောင် ကြံဆရမယ် 

I must plan to get more offertories.

ထိုသို့တွေးပြီး သုသာန်တစ်ခုကို ရွေးချယ်ကာ နေ၏။ 

At last, Zaw Gyi took off his original form and pretended as a monk.

ဒီပုံစံက ငါ့ရဲ့ ထူးခြားတဲ့ဟန်ပေါ့ 

That is my extraordinary style.นั่นคือสไตล์ที่ไม่ธรรมดาของฉัน

လူတွေက ထူးမှအထင်ကြီးကြတာလေ

People used to overestimate to those who is an extraordinary.คนเคยเมินเฉยกับคนที่ไม่ธรรมดา

ဟုတ်ဟုတ် မဟုတ်ဟုတ် ထူးအောင်သာလုပ်ပြ ဒါဆို စားပေါက်ချောင်ပြီ 

Whether it is true or false, do extraordinarily. It will be good for living.

ไม่ว่าจะจริงหรือเท็จ จงทำอย่างพิเศษ มันจะดีสำหรับการอยู่อาศัย

ဟဲ့ တို့ရွာဘေးက သုသာန်မှာ ရဟန်းတစ်ပါး ပေါ်နေတယ်တဲ့

Heh! There is a monk in our village cemetery.

သူက ခြေထောက်တစ်ဖက်တည်းနဲ့ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ရပ်တာ

He can stand on his one foot.

ပြီးတော့ နေကိုကြည့်ပြီးလက်အုပ်ချီ ရှိခိုးသတဲ့

He stares at the sun and worships it.

နောက်ပြီးတော့ ပါးစပ်ကိုဟထားပြီး လေကိုသာစားသတဲ့ ဆွမ်းမစားဘူးတဲ့

Then he opens his mouth and eat only air, not the meal.จากนั้นเขาก็อ้าปากกินแต่อากาศ ไม่ใช่อาหาร

ထူးလှချည်လားဗျာ

What a strange monk he is!

ကျုပ်တို့ သွားဖူးရအောင်

Let's go to worship this monk.

သည်လိုနှင့် ရဟန်းအတုယောင်ဇော်ဂျီအား ကြည်ညိုသူများပြားလာခဲ့သည်။

In this way this hypocritic monk was revered by many people.

သူများတွေပြောလည်း ပြောစရာ၊ တယ်လည်း အကျင့်ခေါင်းပါးသကိုး

As other people have said; his practice is very rare.อย่างที่คนอื่นพูด การปฏิบัติของเขาหายากมาก

တရားပေါက်တဲ့ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရင်လဲဖြစ်ရမယ်

He must be the seer of Dhamma.จะต้องเป็นผู้เห็นธรรม

Hey! Make way!

(ทหากลุ่มหนึ่งเดินผ่านมา ...)

ဒီရဟန်းရဲ့ ဥပဓိရုပ်ကိုကြည့်ရတာ သိပ်မရိုးသားဘူး

The personality of this monk is not simple.บุคลิกของพระท่านนี้ไม่ธรรมดา

တာဝန်အရတော့ စစ်ဆေးရမှာပဲ

in accordance with the duly we must check him.

ရဲမက်များကလည်း ဝင်ရောက်စစ်ဆေးရာ ဇော်ဂျီ၏ကျောပြင်မှ လက်ဝါးရာကို တွေ့ရှိရလေတော့သည်

When the soldier made a checking, they found the palmprint on his back.

ဟော .. တရားခံကို ..တွေ့ပြီ

Huh! We have found the culprit.

ဖမ်းဟေ့

Catch him!

ဖမ်းဟ...

ထိုအခိုက်မှာပင် အခြေအနေမကောင်းမှန်း သိလိုက်သော ဇော်ဂျီက ဂါထာကို ရွတ်ဆို၍

ကောင်းကင်ခရီးဖြင့် ပျံတက်သွားလေသည်။

Zaw Gyi convinced the bad situation, he recited the mantra and rushed away from above.

ဟာ သူက ဈာန်နဲ့ကြွသွားပြီကွ

Huh! It goes with deep concentration.

လစ်မှ

I must go away.

တောက် မိခါနီးမှလွတ်သွားတာ နာလိုက်တာကွာ

Tok! He narrowly capes

တရားခံကို တွေ့ ရပေမယ့် လွတ်မြောက်သွားပါတယ် အရှင်မင်းကြီး

Although we find the culprit, but he escapes.

အဲဒီတရားခံဟာ အလွန်တန်ခိုးကြီးပြီး ကောင်းကင်ခရီးနဲ့ ကြွသွားပါတယ်

This culprit is very powerful and go away from the sky.

အဲဒီ တရားခံရဲ့အသွင် သဏ္ဌာန်က ဘယ်လိုများလဲကွယ့်

What's the appearance of this culprit ?

မှန်လှပါ အဲဒီတရားခံရဲ့အသွင်သဏ္ဌာန်က ရဟန်းတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ကြောင်းပါဘုရား

By looking at his appearance, he is a monk.

Hei!

ငါက သံဃာတော်တွေအပေါ်မှာ အကြွင်းမဲ့ယုံကြည်ထားတာ

I believe the monks without doubt;

ခုတော့ ငါယုံကြည်သလို ဖြစ်မလာပါလား

But now, they are no as what I belive.

သူတို့က နေ့အခါမှာ သူတော်ကောင်းယောင်ဆောင်ပြီး ညအခါမှာ

မသူတော်အကျင့်ကိုကျင့်ကြတယ်

They behave as virtuous monks, but at night they are hypocrite.

ประพฤติตนเป็นภิกษุผู้มีคุณธรรม แต่กลางคืนเป็นพวกหน้าซื่อใจคด

ဒီနေ့ကစပြီး ရဟန်းသံဃာများအပေါ်မှာ ငါကိုယ်တော် အယုံအကြည်မရှိတော့

From now, I don't believe on monks.

ရဟန်းတို့အား တွေ့ရာအရပ်မှာ ဒဏ်ခတ်စေ

Condemn the monks where they are found.

ငါ့တိုင်းပြည်မှာ ရဟန်းဆိုတာ မရှိစေရ

I don't want any monk in my country.

ရဲမက်တို့လည်း မင်းမိန့်ကို မလွန်ဆန်ဝံ့သဖြင့် တွေ့ ရာအရပ်၌ ရဟန်းတို့အား

ရိုက်နှက်မောင်းထုတ်လေတော့သည်။

As the soldiers did not dare to do against the royal law they struck and

drove out the monks.เนื่องจากทหารไม่กล้าทำผิดกฎหมายจึงตีและ

ขับไล่ภิกษุสงฆ์ออกไป

နောက်ဆုံး ရဟန်းတို့လည်း ထိုတိုင်းပြည်၌ မနေဝံ့တော့သဖြင့် အခြားတိုင်းပြည်သို့

ပြောင်းရွှေ့ကာ သီတင်းသုံးရလေတော့သည်။

Eventually, the monks could no longer live in this country and they migrated

to other countries.

ဗာရာဏသီပြည်တွင် ရဟန်းသံဃာဟူ၍ တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်မျှ မရှိတော့။

So, in Varanasi, there were no monk at all.

သူတော်ကောင်း ရဟန်းများမရှိသောအခါ ဆုံးမမည့်သူမရှိသဖြင့်

လူတို့၏စိတ်သည် ကြမ်းတမ်းလာ၏။

As there was no monk, no one to admonish the people and they became rude.

เนื่องจากไม่มีพระภิกษุจึงไม่มีใครตักเตือนประชาชนจึงกลายเป็นคนหยาบคาย

အရက်သေစာ မူးယစ်သောက်စားသူ ပိုမိုများပြားလာသည်။

There were lots of drunkards.

ကိုယ့်ဟာကိုယ်... ကြိုက်လို့ သောက်တာ ဘယ်သူ့ဂရုစိုက် ရမှာလဲ ..ဟမ်..

I drink alcohol because I like it. I don't care anybody.ฉันดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เพราะฉันชอบ ฉันไม่สนใจใคร

နေရာတိုင်း၌ ရန်ပွဲများ ပိုမိုဖြစ်ထွန်းလာသည်။

Everywhere there were conflicts.

ငါက ပါးစပ်နဲ့မပြောဘူးကွ လက်နဲ့ပြောတာ မှတ်ထား

I don't tell you with mouth, but with hand.

သေချင်းဆိုးကြီး -

What a deadly scoundrel ช่างเป็นวายร้ายที่ร้ายกาจนัก

သူခိုး ဓားပြများလည်း လွန်စွာပေါများလာခဲ့သည်။

There were so many thieves and dacoits.

ဒီည တောင်ပြင်သူဌေးအိမ် ဝင်ခိုးမယ်

Today, we will rob at the house of a rich man in southern part of the town.

ထို့ကြောင့် လူအများတို့မှာ စိတ်အေးလက်အေး မနေနိုင်တော့ဘဲ အမြဲ စိုးရိမ်နေကြရ၏။

So most of the people could not live well and worried for their belonging.

ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่จึงอยู่ได้ไม่ดีและเป็นห่วงทรัพย์สินของตน

ချစ်လို့ပါမေ..မောင် ချစ်လို့ပါမေ...

တို့တိုင်းပြည်မှာ သူတော်ကောင်း တရား ဆိတ်သုဉ်းသွားပြီ 

In our country virtuous dispensation is gone.

ကြာလာရင် ပြည်ပျက်ရလိမ့်မယ် 

Later, the country will be ruined.

လူတွေမှာ သီလရှိပါမှ တိုင်းပြည်အေးချမ်းသာယာပြီး စီးပွားတက်လိမ့်မယ် 

Only when the people keen precepts, the country be prospered.เมื่อคนมีศีลแล้ว ประเทศก็เจริญ

သီလမရှိသဖြင့် လူအများသေလွန်သောအခါ ငရဲသို့သာ လားကြရသည်။

As the people were lack of precept, when they died, they were tortured in the hell.

နတ်ပြည်သို့ ရောက်သူကား လွန်စွာ နည်းပါးလှ၏။

Those who ascended to abode of celestial being were very rare.

ထိုအကြောင်းကို သိကြားမင်းကြီး သိလေပြီ။

The sakka, king of devas knew about it.

အင်း ဝိဇ္ဇာဇော်ဂျီကို အကြောင်းပြုပြီး လူအများပျက်စီးကုန်ပြီ။

Em! Because of Wizza Zaw Gyi, the people are ruined now.

ဗာရာဏသီကို ကယ်တင်နိုင်သူဟာ ငါမှတစ်ပါး အခြားမရှိ ဒါကြောင့်

No one can save Varanasi except me. So...

လူ့ပြည်ကို ငါ ဆင်းတော့မယ်

I'll descend down to the realm of human being.

သိကြားမင်းလည်း ဟိမဝန္တာတောမှ နန္ဒမူလှိုဏ်သို့ သွား၍

Sakka the king of devas, went to the Nandamu cave in Himalayan region.

ပစ္စေကဗုဒ္ဓါတို့အား ပူဇော်ရှိခိုး၏။

He paid homage to lesser Buddhas.

အရှင်ဘုရားတို့ လူ့ပြည်မှာ လူတွေ သီလပျက်လို့ နတ်ပြည်ကို ရောက်လာသူမရှိ

ငရဲသို့ ရောက်သူသာ များလှပါသည် စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပါဦး ဘုရား

Lesser Buddha, in the realm of human being, the people lack

the precepts. So there is no one ascends to abode of nat, but

almost all are tortured in hell.

ထိုအခါ ပစ္စေကဗုဒ္ဓါတစ်ပါးက ဗာရာဏသီသို့ ကြွတော်မူ၏။

At that time, one of the lesser Buddhas went to the city of Varanasi.

သိကြားမင်းလည်း လူယောင်ဖန်ဆင်းပြီးလျှင် ပစ္စေကဗုဒ္ဓါ၏နောက်တော်ပါးမှ

ကပ်၍ လိုက်ပါလာခဲ့သည်။

Sakka transformed into a human and followed the Lesser Buddha.

ပြီးနောက် နန်းရင်ပြင်၏အထက် ကောင်းကင်၌ ရပ်တည်နေလေသည်။

Then they stood above the palace square.

အရှင်မင်းကြီး နန်းရင်ပြင်မှာ ရဟန်းတစ်ပါးနဲ့လူတစ်ယောက် ရောက်နေပါတယ်ဘုရား

Your Majesty , there a monk and a lay-man arrive at the palace square.

အို..ဟုတ် သားပဲ ..

Oh! Yes.

ဟဲ့ နောက်ကလုလင်ပျိုယုတ်ညံ့တဲ့ရဟန်းကို ဘာကြောင့်

လက်အုပ်ချီရှိခိုးနေရတာလဲ

The young follower, why do you revere the ignomonious monk?

ယုတ်ညံ့တဲ့ရဟန်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ မြင့်မြတ်တဲ့ ရဟန်းဖြစ်ပါတယ် အရှင်မင်းကြီး

He isn't an ignominious monk, but a noble monk.

ငါဟာ အခြားမဟုတ် 

I am not an ordinary man.

နတ်တွေကိုအစိုးရတဲ့သိကြားပါ 

But a sakka who rules all the devas.

သိကြားမင်းအသွင်ကို မြင်သဖြင့် မင်းကြီးလည်း အနည်းငယ် တုန်လှုပ်သွား၏ ၊

When the king saw the appearance of Sakka, he started to tremble

ဟင် နတ်တွေကို အစိုးရတဲ့ သိကြားကတောင် ရဟန်းကို ရှိခိုးရသတဲ့

Hum! Even the sakka who rules over devas, worships the monk.

ဒီရဟန်း အတော်မြင့်မြတ်ပါလား

This monk is very noble one.

ရိုရိုသေသေ ဆက်ဆံမှ

I must behave respectfully.

မြတ်သောမင်းကြီး ညအခါ မိဖုရားခေါင်ကြီးရဲ့ အခန်းတွင်းကို ဝင်လာသူဟာ ရဟန်းမဟုတ်၊ 

ရဟန်းယောင်ဆောင်ထားတဲ့ “ဝိဇ္ဇာဓိုရ်”သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်

Your Majesty, the one who entered into your principal queen's room was not a monk.

He was the supernatural being.

လောကမှာ တရားစောင့်တဲ့ရဟန် ပညာရှိတွေ များစွာ ရှိကြပါတယ် 

There are so many monks who keep precepts.

အရှင်မင်းကြီးလည်း သီလစောင့်လော့၊ အလှူပေးလော့၊ ဥပုသ်စောင့်လော့ ယနေ့မှစ၍ 

မမေ့မလျော့ မပေါ့မဆ နေရစ်ကြပါကုန်လော့ 

Your Majesty must keep precepts, give charity and live with virtuous deed.

ပစ္စေကဗုဒ္ဓါလည်း ထိုသို့ တရားဟောပြီး နန္ဒမူလှိုဏ်ဂူသို့သာ ပြန်ကြွသွားသည်။

After Lesser Buddha had preached like this and then he went back to Nandamu cave.

မင်းကြီးလည်း အဖြစ်မှန်ကို သိရပြီဖြစ်၍ စိတ်နှလုံး ရွှင်ပြုံးသွား၏။

When the king knew the true event, his mind was clear with disillusion.

ရဟန်းတွေမှာ အပြစ်မရှိဘူးဆိုတာ သိလိုက်ရတော့ဝမ်းသာလိုက်တာ

I'm very glad that the monks are innocent.

ရဟန်းတွေအပေါ်အရင်တုန်းကလိုပဲ ပြန်လည်ကြည်ညိုပါတော့မယ်

I'll revere the monks as before.

ဤသို့ဖြင့် ဗာရာဏသီပြည်သို့ ရဟန်း သံဃာတော်များ ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိလာသည်။

So the monks returned to the city of Varanasi.

လူအပေါင်းတို့လည်း စစ်မှန်သော တရားဒေသနာတော်ကို နာကြားခွင့်ရသဖြင့်

စိတ်နှလုံး နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့ လာပြီးလျှင် ကုသိုလ်ကောင်းမှုကိုသာ ပြုကြကုန်၏။

The people regained the chance of listening true dispensation.

They became good citizens and did meritorious deeds.

ထိုအခါ အပါယ်သို့သွားသူ နည်းပါးလာပြီး နတ်ပြည်သို့ သွားသူ များပြားလာသည်။

At that time less people went to hell and more to the abode of devas.

ဗာရာဏသီပြည်ကြီးလည်း ရှေးကထက် ပို၍စည်ပင်သာယာဝပြောခဲ့လေသတည်း။

The city of Varanasi was more prosperous than before.
