ีကိုး อุทาน ยังหมายถึง after all

 

ကိုး Stc-  

(a) marks utterance as exclamatory, ทำเครื่องหมายคำพูดเป็นอุทาน

like sentence spoken in Eng with "Ahal" or "Well" well well , or "I see"

or "So that's why!"

ဩော် ၊ ဟိုကောင်းကြီးစာက ဒီထဲ ရောက်နေတာကိုး ။

On looking into a recently published magazine;) 

Aha! I see that fellow's article got printed in here then! 

อ้า! ฉันเห็นบทความของเพื่อนคนนั้นพิมพ์อยู่ที่นี่แล้ว!

ချောင်းကြည့်နေတဲ့ ရွားသားက ဒီအဖြစ်ကို မြင်တော့ 

"ဆေးဝိဇ္ဇာဆိုတ်ာ ဒါပဲကိုး"

When he saw this the villager who was spying on him said

"So that's what a wizzard is!"

เมื่อเขาเห็นสิ่งนี้ ชาวบ้านที่สอดแนมเขากล่าวว่า

"พ่อมดก็เป็นแบบนั้น!"

ဒီလို ပြောသွားတာကိုး 

(I see!) So that's the way he talked!

(เข้าใจแล้ว!) นั่นคือสิ่งที่เขาพูด!

မင်းကလဲ တယ်ကျောက်တတ်တာကိုး ။

Well! You are a timid one! 

ดี! คุณเป็นคนตาขาว!

အမယ် ၊ ချစ်ချစ်က မဆိုးဘူး ၊ မျဥ်ပြောင့် မျဥ်ကွေးတွေတောင် နားလည်နေတာကိုး ။

Well well Chit Chit's (painting) is not bad! So you understand straight lines and curved lines then.

ชิต ชิต (จิตรกรรม) ก็ไม่เลว! ดังนั้นคุณจึงเข้าใจเส้นตรงและเส้นโค้งแล้ว

(b) marks utterance as explanatory, after all, giving reason for preceding statement; 

ทำเครื่องหมายคำพูดเป็นคำอธิบาย (ขัดแย้ง,อย่าลืมว่า ) เหตุผลสำหรับข้อความก่อนหน้า;

• ခွင့် ရမှာပေါ့။ သူ့ဦးလေးက အရာရှိကြီးကိုး။ 

Of course he'd get permission. After all, his uncle's a high-ranking official. 

แน่นอนว่าเขาต้องได้รับอนุญาต อย่าลืมซิว่า ลุงของเขาเป็นข้าราชการระดับสูง

• အဲဒီလိုအချိန် စက်ဘီး စီးရင် လမ်းအလယ်ခေါင်က စီးတာပဲ။ ဘာနဲ့မှ တိုက်စရာ မရှိပဲကိုး။ 

If I ride my bike at that time of day I ride down the middle of the road. After all,

there's nothing to crash Into then. 

ถ้าฉันขี่จักรยานในช่วงเวลานั้นของวัน ฉันจะขี่ลงไปกลางถนน อย่าลืมว่า,

เวลานั้น ไม่มีอะไรจะพุ่งมาชนได้

• သူ့မိတ်ဆွေ တစ်ယောက်ယောက်ကို တွေ့ရင် “ဘဝသံသရာက အကယ်ဒမီ ရမှာပေါ့ဗျ။ 

ကောင်းတာကိုး”လို့ ပြောတတ်တယ်။ တစ်ဆက်တည်းပဲ “ကောင်းမှာပေါ့ဗျ မန္တလေးရုပ်ရှင်က 

ရိုက်တာကိုး”လို့ ကြွားပြောလေး ပြောတတ်သတဲ့ ။

an academy award. It's a good film, you see". Then he'd go on bragging:

"Of course it's good. It was shot by Mandalay Yokshin, you see".

พอไปเจอเพื่อนคนหนึ่งก็พูดว่า "บาวา ธัญธยา ได้"

รางวัลสถาบันการศึกษา เป็นหนังที่ดีนะ" แล้วเขาก็คุยโว:

"แน่นอน มันดี มันถูกยิงโดยมัณฑะเลย์ ยกชิน คุณเห็นไหม"

Common in the pattern မ-V-ပဲကိုး။

သရော်ချင်ကြသေးဗျ။ လျက်ဆားရဲ့ တန်ဖိုးကိုမသိကြပဲကိုး။ 

They were inclined to make fun of him after all, they didn't appreciate the value of liking-salts.

พวกเขามักจะเยาะเย้ยเขาเพราะพวกเขาไม่เห็นคุณค่าของการชอบเกลือ

သူငယ်ချင်း တော်တော်များများက ခင်မင်သူ တော်တော်များများ မရှိတော့ဘဲကိုး။ 

(He felt wistful) – after all most of his friends and cronies were no longer living.

(เขารู้สึกโหยหา) – หลังจากที่เพื่อนและลูกน้องของเขาส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้มีชีวิตอยู่อีกต่อไป

မင်းက တောမှာချည့်နေလို့ ဘာမှ မသိဘဲကိုးကွ။ 

You've lived all your life In the countryside and you don't know

anything (so that's why you can have these ill-informed ideas).. 

คุณใช้ชีวิตมาทั้งชีวิต ในชนบทแล้วคุณไม่รู้

อะไรก็ได้ (นั่นคือเหตุผลที่คุณสามารถมีความคิดที่ไร้ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ได้)..

ရေနွေးခလုတ် ဖွင့်သော်လည်း ရေနွေးမလာ။ ပိုက်ဆံမှ မထည့်မိပဲကိုး။ 

I turned on the hot water tap, but no hot water came out: I hadn't put any money in
