In speeches reported in newspapers the speaker ‘s name will appear

at the beginning of the report, usually marked by က ;

each point or paragraph of the speech will end in V-ေၾကာင္း ၊

and the final point will be follwed by ျဖင့္ ( ႏွင့္ or တို႔ကို ) ေျပာသည္၊
or same similar veb.

Similarly in historrical chronicles reported speech
in shown by V-ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္

In older style news reports on radio or in news papers V-ေၾကာင္း
alone word be used at the end of the sentence without any further verb
of saying or hearing
